Malley Associates was founded to assist small and medium sized company management to:

Fill executive positions on an interim or contract basis,
Lead or assist on projects from development to implementation,
Assess critical issues for companies and provide resources to advance or resolve, and
Mentor and train existing management and staff.

Management needs an outside set of eyes to review and analyze company results. Independent accountants are no longer permitted to provide analysis and recommendations to their review and audit clients. Many small businesses cannot afford a fulltime, seasoned financial executive within their management group.

Our clients include the clients of independent accountants, bankers and lawyers whom they refer to help them prosper. Our joint mission is to help businesses thrive in today’s changing economic environment.
